Our Cancellation Policy has never been a big issue at ProBuilder Seminars, but our credit card processor requires it to be spelled out as a standard condition of their contract.
- If we should cancel a seminar for any reason (and this has never happened in the six years we've been in business) then we would refund 100% of your registration fee.
- If you should cancel your registration to attend a seminar prior to the day before the seminar, we will refund 100% of your registration fee.
- If you should cancel your registration on the day of or the day before the seminar, we will issue a credit for you to attend another seminar of equal cost within the next year.
- If you should be unable to attend the seminar, we will issue a credit for you to attend another seminar of equal cost within the next year.
- All cancellations must be made in writing and faxed to us at our fax number 407-831-2998, which is the same fax number listed elsewere on this website and in our print literature.
- All refunds will be made in the same manner as the original payment was received. For example, a credit card charge will be refunded as a credit on the same card, a check will be refunded via a check, etc.)
- All credits to attend another seminar will be for the same value as the original registration fee, shall be good only for the person originally named in the reservation, are not transferrable to another person, and must be utilized within one year of the date of the original seminar.
